What sub-contractors do you use for your projects?

We use only Local, Reputable sub-contractors on ALL of our projects. Our reputation and providing quality results are too important to risk by using sub-par contractors from out of town that you can never reach when you need them!

What services do you offer?

We offer turn key Custom Home construction, as well as New Additions, Outdoor Areas, and Remodeling. We also have New Homes for sale and Garden Home lots available for build!

Where do you build?

We primarily build in the Burnet area, including Bertram, Liberty Hill, Marble Falls, Lakes Buchanan, Inks, and LBJ.

What type of warranty do you offer?

All of our new homes are covered with a one year limited warranty on all major systems, a two year limited warranty on all major mechanical delivery systems, and a ten year limited structural warranty.

Do we need our own home plans, or do you have plans?

We can help both those with plans and without plans. Depending on the complexity of your project, it may not be necessary to have detailed architectural plans.

We need a place to build? A lender?

Need a lot or a loan? We have worked closely over the years to build strong relationships with local realtors and lenders. We can assist you getting involved with the right people to make your project run efficiently.

How long does a new build take to complete?

Most of our new homes average 4-5 months to complete; from breaking ground to moving in. However in some cases, projects could be completed faster, or slower; depending on scale and complexity.

Do I have to take care of permits and paperwork for construction?

No, other than an occasional signature, we will take care of all necessary permitting with local entities for construction.

Are you from the area? How long have you been building?

We were raised just outside Bertram and decided to raise our families here as well, we’re not going anywhere! We have over 40 years combined construction experience that makes the building process smooth and efficient.

We want to build, but it all seems so complicated.
